A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari was making effort to rig the 2018 governorship election in Ekiti State slated for Saturday, July 14.

In a tweet on Thursday, Fani-Kayode claimed that Buhari wanted the All Progressives Congress (APC) to win the state at all cost.

He wrote, “It is clear that @MBuhari wishes to rig the governorship election in Ekiti on saturday and take it for the APC at all costs.

“I pray that he has a change of heart because if he goes ahead, the consequences will be far-reaching, devastating, catastrophic and utterly disastrous.
